We offer Medication Management, Counseling/Psychotherapy, and Neuropsychological Testing online via our Telepsychiatry Services throughout Florida. Our team of experienced mental health professionals includes Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, Certified Physician Assistants, and Licensed Therapists. We care for adults, adolescents, and children, ages 5 and above. We accept most insurance plans including Medicare.

Seth Sherman, M.D., is a board-certified adult psychiatrist who has been in practice for over ten years. At the heart of Dr. Sherman’s clinical approach is a strong emphasis one stablishing trust, rapport, and therapeutic alliance to help persons to feel and live well and to progress toward their goals, both in treatment and in life. Dr. Sherman begins with a consultation, a compassionate, collaborative process of discovery that culminates in a working diagnostic impression and, in turn, treatment recommendations.

Dr. Stefan has vast experience in multiple psychiatric care settings including outpatient care, inpatient care, and assertive community treatment and has served as medical director for large institutions, serving a wide range of complex mental illnesses. Hello, my name is Dr. Tulsie Patel. I am a board certified psychiatrist. I graduated Cum Laude from Drexel University and attended the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. I completed my psychiatry residency at the University of Texas Southwestern and served as Chief Resident. After graduation, I worked at clinics in California and Florida. I have experience in medication management, individual/group therapy, and transcranial magnetic stimulation. I am dedicated to providing personalized, patient-centered, and continuously evolving treatment.

Dr. Alicia Garcete is a board-certified child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist in practice for over 12 years. Her practice focuses on medication management, recognizing family involvement is extremely important and is an integral part of treatment. Dr. Garcete has treated a wide variety of patients. Her primary focus is treating depression, anxiety disorders, ADHD, PTSD and OCD. Additionally, she can provide supportive therapy and elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy but on occasions more therapy support may be needed, and the recommendation to bring a psychotherapist on the care team may occur to provide an optimal outcome.

Dr. Kotadia is a board-certified psychiatrist who completed his psychiatry residency training program at Nassau University Medical Center in Long Island, NY. After completing training, he has been practicing outpatient psychiatry and specializes in the evaluation and management of major psychiatric disorders including depression, and anxiety. Typically, he offers this in conjunction with supportive or emotionally focused therapy in 30-minute follow-up visits. However, occasionally Dr. Kotadia may believe that additional therapy is also needed and ask that you bring a therapist into your care team to provide the best outcome.

Doctor Ruiz is a board-certified psychiatrist physician who specializes in psychiatric diagnosis and treatment in anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma and stressor related disorders, ADHD, and pregnancy related psychiatric conditions. Dr. Ruiz received her bachelor’s degree in chemistry, graduating from the Honors College with Magna Cum Laude. She later completed four-years of medical school at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, and an additional four-years of psychiatric residency training.

Dr. Agarwal is a board-eligible adult psychiatrist. He was elected chief resident from his residency program at the University of Central Florida. He graduated cum laude from the American University of Antigua where he obtained his medical degree, and received a bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from the University of California at Irvine.

She received her medical degree from Howard University College of Medicine, and completed her residency training in psychiatry at VA Boston/Harvard Medical School with significant training experiences at McLean Hospital. She additionally completed a fellowship in psychoanalytic psychotherapy at Columbia University Center for Psychoanalytic Training and Research.

Dr. Albert Fernandez is a board-certified physician who specializes in adult psychiatry. He has expertise in medication management and psychotherapy. Dr. Maria Tresa Carvajal is an adult, child, and adolescent psychiatrist. She is originally from Guayaquil, Ecuador, and is bilingual in Spanish and English. She completed her adult psychiatry residency at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, BronxCare Health System and her fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at Northwell Health in New York. She has experience working in various settings including inpatient, outpatient, and the emergency department. Dr. Carvajal has submitted and presented work in the American Psychiatric Association and has also collaborated in a book publication.

Dr. Debrey is board-certified in adult psychiatry. Her approach is client-centered, individualized, and collaborative. She focuses on building a strong therapeutic alliance with each client to work towards achieving enhanced functioning and meaning in their lives. She works with individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns, including depression and other mood concerns, bipolar spectrum illnesses, OCD, PTSD, anxiety disorders, and substance use disorders.

Dr. Mohammed Ansari is an adult psychiatrist, board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He has extensive experience in various practice settings and specializes in treating Adjustment disorder, Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, OCD, insomnia and working through psychosocial stressors that his patients are experiencing.

Dr. Tran has extensive experience treating psychiatric disorders in diverse populations, including college students, LGBT, perinatal, veterans, and those with socioeconomic disadvantages. He also worked with experts in treatment-resistant depression and provided consultations for patients considering procedural interventions such as transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), electroconvulsive therapy (ECT), and ketamine infusion.
