Dr. Rosario Hidalgo is a board certified psychiatrist with expertise in the diagnosis and psychopharmacological treatment of mood and anxiety disorders in adult patients. She received her medical degree from the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina in 1991 and completed psychiatry training in 1996. She subsequently completed her general psychiatry residency and fellowship in psychopharmacology at Duke University in 2005. Dr. Hidalgo sees patients that prefer to be seen in a private setting without using their insurance and with direct contact with a physician/psychiatrist. This allows privacy and quality of care.

Dr. Hubbard is a physician dual board-certified in general psychiatry and in child and adolescent psychiatry. She graduated summa cum laude from FSU with a degree in Biological Science, and completed a Doctor of Medicine degree at the USF College of Medicine. She completed her residency and fellowship training at USF where she served as the Chief Resident of the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship Program. Dr. Hubbard has been published in a peer-reviewed journal and earned the following awards: Outstanding 3rd and 4th year Medical Student in Psychiatry, Outstanding Resident Teacher, Assistant Chief Resident of Recruitment, and Fellow of the APA.

My goal is to establish a practice where patients are able to have timely access to medication management and counseling services in an effort to help them persevere with ease. I make my best effort to find the potential in each patient and formulate a treatment plan that is individualized to their needs. At present, I am offering the traditional outpatient setting as well as incorporating the use of technology to provide convenient psychiatric services to patients while they remain in the comfort of their own home. I am Board Certified in Adult Psychiatry and have been practicing since 2005. I completed my residency from Tufts University in Boston, Massachusetts and my Fellowship in Addictions from the Robert Johnson Wood Foundation. In 2014, I was featured in SJ Magazine as one of New Jersey’s top psychiatrists. I have experience working with adults as well as adolescents suffering from both psychiatric diagnosis and substance use disorders and have extensive experience working in both out-patient and in-patient settings.

We have years of clinical experience with adult and general psychiatry. These include the San Juan and James A Haley Veterans Administration Hospitals, USF Associate Clinical Professor, St. Anthony's OP- PHP and Bay Care Life Management Health Care system. A psychiatric evaluation is a diagnostic tool employed by a psychiatrist. It may be used to diagnose problems with memory, thought processes, and behaviors. Diagnoses can include depression, schizophrenia, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and addiction. For adults, an ADHD diagnostic evaluation should be conducted by a licensed mental health professional or a physician.

Pablo Perez joined The Florida Psychiatric Center in March 2021. He is a Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. Pablo earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Florida International University in Miami in 2015. He then went on to complete his Master of Science in Nursing degree in 2017. He has been certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and he is also a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). Pablo has worked in the health field for 32 years, with 22 of those years working in mental health. Pablo grew up in Cuba where he graduated from Medical School as a Psychiatrist in 2000.
