My name is Evelyn Hamman and I am the founder of Lievy Psychiatry, LLC. I am a double board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner. I'm offering tele-psychiatric behavioral health services for ages 12-65. Often, creativity in care planning is necessary to give my patient the best intervention strategy that fits their life and their goals. Ultimately, we both want the same thing but getting there begins with a trusting, professional client/provider relationship. I want to ensure that my patients understand their treatments and are improving or maintaining stable mental health with treatment all while minimizing risks or further health deterioration.

I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) dedicated to making a difference in my patients lives! I evaluate and screen for various mental health conditions and help to determine if medication is the right route for treatment. I then monitor and adjust those medications in a safe manner. My passion is helping patients achieve balance in their daily life by learning what works for them to decrease their mental health symptoms. I want to help you achieve stability and help you grow. I provide a safe space, am LGBTQA+ friendly, and provide care in a non-judgmental manner either in person or virtually.

Seeing new clients within 3 weeks! I offer evening follow up appointments and weekend intake appointments to ensure you don't struggle without treatment.
