I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in both Ohio and Florida. I am dedicated to making a difference in my patients lives! I evaluate and screen for various mental health conditions and determine if medication is the right route for treatment, then adjust those medications in a safe manner. My passion is helping patients achieve balance in their daily life by decreasing their mental health symptoms. I want to help you achieve stability and help you grow! As a certified Family Nurse Practitioner as well, I seek to build a trusting relationship with patients, and help them on a journey of overall wellness, utilizing medications as needed, in a safe manner. I explore in the first session what brought you to see me, and what your goals are. From there we will tailor a treatment plan incorporating both medication and therapy. With CBT we look at how your automatic thoughts affect your emotions and experience. We then explore ways to change those automatic thoughts into more productive ones. I will provide therapy referrals as needed.
