Initia Nova is a comprehensive treatment team using advanced medical solutions to treat common problems, specializing in depression, PTSD, and bipolar depression. Dr. Dougherty and his team utilize ketamine infusions and will be adding ketamine assisted psychotherapy in the near future along with other novel treatment tools to help those who have not found relief from their mental health struggles with standard treatment options.

Dr. Buchanan-Cummings earned a BS in Nursing from the College of New Rochelle, NY, a Master of Science in Nursing and Doctorate in Nursing Practice from the Medical University of South Carolina.
