As a Yale trained Board-Certified Adult & Addiction Psychiatrist, I provide only the highest quality and evidence-based mental health treatment. I work with all mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar, PTSD, OCD, etc. I also specialize in helping with alcohol/drug issues, ADHD, and LGBTQIA+ issues. I have an extensive knowledge of the latest research and treatments and am a strong advocate for the patients I work with. Treatment includes medication management and an optional therapy component. You may also request comprehensive evaluations, and if appropriate, addiction med management including suboxone.

I'm passionate about helping survivors recover from trauma, and absolutely love caring for patients. I take a relational, warm, and supportive approach to your treatment. Also, I am a board-certified, UCSF and Yale trained adult psychiatrist with expertise in the treatment of trauma. I’m the Co-founder of Nema Health, a telehealth practice that offers effective and research-backed care for trauma survivors. We currently offer Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), a first-line treatment endorsed by the National Center for PTSD. 90% of our patients experience clinical improvement in their trauma symptoms.

Tricia is an ANCC Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who specializes in outpatient psychopharmacologic management of adults. She is graduate of Yale University School of Nursing. Prior to becoming an APRN, Tricia obtained a Master's degree in Social Work from Fordham University. She offers medication consultations and evaluations, and ongoing medication management for a range of issues such as anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, OCD, bipolar disorder, PTSD.

Hey there, I'm Shay. I'm a psychiatric nurse practitioner, a wife, a mom but most importantly your biggest supporter in achieving your goals for overall improved mental health and well-being. I am highly rated board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner and a double degree graduate of Yale University. I treat patients across the country, across the lifespan and have focused my doctoral work on increasing access and adherence to trauma focused care.

Making the decision to seek help with your challenges can feel both empowering and vulnerable. I offer a safe and compassionate, non-judgmental space for us to start the process and talk. I strive to help adults with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship issues, trauma, focus, and physical ailments among others. I provide both medication management, as well as individual psychotherapy. I primarily practice psychodynamic psychotherapy, however am trained in other modalities to best help you through the emotional challenges you face and allow a greater understanding of yourself.

The way in which you see a medical doctor for a broken bone or stomach ache, I believe the same should be done when you are experiencing difficulties with mental health, without the fear of being judged. I have a strong passion for understanding the ups and downs of life that all humans experience, and I believe everyone deserves to be heard in a compassionate, understanding, and nonjudgemental manner. My personal goal is to remove the stigma surrounding seeking mental health treatment, to foster a safe and efficient avenue for clients to access care, and to assist my clients in their journey to health and recovery.

Jay Seigel has worked in clinical, academic and leadership capacities to improve the quality of life of his clients with addiction and mental health disorders. Jay has treated thousands of Clients in his private practice and countless impaired healthcare professionals with great success. Jay's goal of continually identifying and employing the most effective and innovative clinical treatment for his clients. Jay has a rarely found expertise utilizing evidence-based practice for work in insight oriented psychotherapy and psychopharmacology. Jay is committed to collaborating with his Clients and their multidisciplinary providers to empower them to establish sustained recovery.

I take a safe, comfortable, and multifaceted approach towards treatment. I have experience and have been trained in family psychiatry. Therefore, I treat all ages and populations. My primary area of focus is that of diagnostic evaluation and psychiatric medication management. However, I believe that psychotherapy is an essential part of treatment. I will provide this type of services if I feel I can help! If not, I will refer you to the appropriate therapist. Accordingly, communicating and involving treatment from other providers and "looking at the big picture" is essential!

Dr. Matthew Campbell received his medical degree from the University of Washington. He completed psychiatry residency and an addiction fellowship at Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein. He provides telepsychiatry for adults throughout Connecticut. He is currently taking new patients interested in CRAFT (Community Reinforcement and Family Training.) This is an evidenced based therapy for people (CSO) affected by someone (IP) with an addiction. It has 3 goals of: improved mental health/quality of life of CSO, decreased substance use by IP and much higher treatment engagement to address substance use for IP.

My realization from working with mental health, addiction & chronic pain plays an enormous role in my patient's quality of life. I combine my knowledge with strict protocols to keep my patients free of pain without the stigma of addiction. Rory Condon APRN is a board-certified lifespan psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner. He has been active in mental health care for over a decade in a variety of different patient centered roles. Rory's previous professional experience has been with individuals across the spectrum of psychiatric care from those requiring acute stabilization to ongoing maintenance care. He worked at Yale Psychiatric Hospital, the Yale Crisis Intervention Unit, and High Watch Recovery Center among other settings. Rory received the Outstanding Newcomer Award from Yale New Haven Health System, being named one of the best APRNs hired in 2018.
