Addiction treatments with Suboxone, Vivitrol Inj (Naltrexone). Medically supervised conversion from Methadone to Suboxone or complete taper to Naltrexone/Vivitrol. Slow Benzodiazepine taper and alcohol treatment. In addition, we have a full staff of therapists in-house.
