As a Doctorally-prepared Double Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), My extensive work history providing care to patients with comorbid psychiatric issues (Anxiety, OCD, Mood Disorders, Depression including postpartum depression, PTSD, Bipolar) and medical conditions has contributed to my ability to assess each patient from a holistic view while focusing on the treatment of mental health.
As a psychiatric clinician, I work with patients on a variety of topics, but primarily specializes in mood related difficulties, Depression,Anxiety, PTSD, OCD, and insomnia. Every patient is unique and require an individualize approach to treatment. I also believe that medication alone for most is insufficient in the absence of a holistic approach.
