Maria Mojica-Rangel is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 2013. Maria provides psychiatric assessments, diagnosis, and medication management for the treatment of OCD, PTSD, ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar disorder, Schizophrenia, and Behavioral disorders. She has over ten years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner working with children, adolescents, and adults.

I have been working in healthcare since 2015, starting as a behavioral health technician with the Cleveland Clinic. I began work as a nurse in 2017, and have worked in various mental health settings including inpatient adult/adolescent psychiatry, as well as the psychiatric emergency department before graduating with a master’s degree from the University of Colorado.

Hello! I am a PMHNP that hails from Oklahoma City. I started my career in the nursing field 16 years ago and began as a medical assistant. I later became a CNA, then a registered nurse. I have worked both inpatient and outpatient behavioral health for many years before becoming a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. I enjoy spending time with my family and have an 18 year old step son that is in college, a daughter headed to college next year, a three year old son, and a 1 year old daughter.
