I believe that understanding a person’s full story—not just their symptoms—is the cornerstone of effective treatment and medication management. My approach is holistic and integrative, honoring the connection between mind, body, spirit, and environment. While medication can be an important part of healing, I also embrace alternative and complementary paths that support long-term wellness.
I am skilled in assessing and treating a broad variety of mental illnesses.Clinical interests include PTSD/trauma, perinatal and postpartum care, ADHD, eating disorders, mood disorders, and anxiety disorders.
I am committed to cultivating a diverse and inclusive practice, welcoming individuals of all backgrounds, cultures, and identities.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our three children. I love being active—running, hiking, camping, and anything outdoors!
