She received her post-master’s certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health at the University of California San Francisco (UCSF) and her nurse practitioner master’s degree from the University of California of Los Angeles (UCLA). Her bachelor’s degree is from Mount St. Mary’s University. She practiced in primary care and occupational health for seven years before transitioning to mental health.

I frequently see teens and college aged students with depression and anxiety when therapy alone has not provided enough improvement in symptoms.
