She has experience treating children, adolescents, and adults with psychiatric disorders including Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Bipolar, Schizophrenia, OCD, PTSD, Sleeping Disorders, and Substance Abuse. She is a passionate advocate for the LGBTQ+ community and specializes in LGBTQ+ mental health care. She also specializes in IV therapy including Ketamine infusions, vitamins, and NAD+ infusions. The typical patient who comes to me needs help with depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, addiction, or another disorder and may have a family history of these symptoms or diagnoses. Joe is a board-certified Physician Assistant. He completed his undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado in 2011. Afterwards, he attended the Interservice Physician Assistant Program through the Department of Defense and accredited by the University of Nebraska Medical Center. He was awarded a Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree and commissioned as an Officer in the US Army.​ As a PA, Joe has worked in variety of settings - including Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, and has extensive knowledge in Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine from years of service in the substance use rehab industry.

I am currently an outpatient provider with experience in treating a number of psychiatric conditions, including substance abuse and behavioral addictions. In terms of an ideal patient, at our practice we strive to treat the patient as a whole and believe in the biologic, psychologic, social, and spiritual approach. As such, an idea patient would be willing to discuss each aspect. While I do prescribe medications, I try to minimize these through use of the other approaches. Of note, as I do outpatient office-based care, I do not provide 24/7 care.
