I am a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with over 14 years as an experienced Registered Nurse in the psychiatric and mental health care unit. I currently work at LivingHope Health Services, LLC, an outpatient psychiatric clinic located at 8600 LaSalle Road, Chester Building Suite 321, Towson, MD 21286. We provide a full psychiatric service and behavioral care which includes psychiatric evaluations, medication management, psychotherapy, and telepsychiatry to all individuals across life span. My name is Mandi Rhone. I am a dual board certified Psychiatric Mental Health and Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner. It is my duty in Psychiatry to understand my patients mental health issues on a personal and emotional level. I bring a diverse range of experience as a clinician over the past 16 years approximately five of which has been in a more autonomous role as a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner and more recently in Psychiatry.

Our mental health issues are too frequently misdiagnosed when we fail to look an individual as a “whole”.  Only with a true integrative approach, that is client centered that a return to optimal status can be achieved. Dr. Pokuaa is a doctoral-prepared, licensed, and dual board-certified family nurse practitioner and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. She received her Doctor of Nursing Practice and Post Masters Certification in Psychiatric Mental Healthcare from University of Massachusetts. She is also board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner from Bowie State University in Maryland. Dr. Pokuaa provides virtual/telehealth services through a secure and HIPAA compliant video conference platform.
