I specialize in ADHD, Anxiety, Bipolar, Anger Management, Depression, Insomnia/Sleep Issues, LGBTQIA+/Gender/Sexuality Topics. Maternal Mental Health, Men's Issues, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Stress Management and Women's Issues. As a Holistic Health Practitioner and Life Coach, with both a medical and mental health background, I specialize in assessing and treating anxiety, insomnia, mood disorders and attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder. I provide both medication and supplement evaluation and management with a special focus on genetic testing and balancing neurotransmitters.
