Welcome to Modern Mental Health! My name is John Tripp and my goal as your psychiatric provider is to listen to your goals and help you achieve them. I specialize in treating ADHD (ADHD-CCSP certified), anxiety disorders, PTSD and trauma, depression, bipolar disorders, binge eating disorder, and OCD. I believe in a partnership approach that emphasizes education, open communication, and meeting each individual where they are in their personal journey. Whether it is medication management, therapy, or a combination of the two, one size does not fit all.

I strive to treat my child and adolescent patients in the context of home, school as well as the community. No appointment is complete without a discussion of diet, sleep, exercise and electronics. My training includes Pediatrics (Strong Memorial Hospital), General Psychiatry (Yale), Child/Adolescent Psychiatry (Harvard, Boston Children’s). I’ve been in the community for 25 years and I’m very familiar with local resources. Office is currently in Louisville, moving to Boulder July 1, 2024.

I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 16 years of experience in mental healthcare. I specialize is in diagnosing and treating depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and ADHD. Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, I worked as a Registered Psychiatric Nurse for 10 years.

Accepting New Patients! Kristina is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who is currently accepting new clients. Her journey began in 1999 when she graduated with an Associate of Science in Nursing from Meridian Community College. She then progressed to obtain her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University in 2015 and graduated at the top of her class. After furthering her career in nursing management and stress management courses, she decided to pursue the Master of Science in Nursing, specializing in Psychiatry, at Herzing University where she graduated with honors.

I believe in the resiliency of the human spirit, and I am more interested in the therapeutic connection with an individual rather than the generalization of treatment. My greatest passion is helping others find their way and bringing happiness and stability back into people’s lives.
