I provide comprehensive psychiatric and psychological diagnostic evaluations as well as evidenced and empirically-based psychotherapy & medication management treatment services for children, adolescents, adults and families. I have experience caring for Depressive, Bipolar, Autism spectrum, Anxiety, Substance abuse, Personality, Obsessive Compulsive, Tic, Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity, Disruptive Mood Dysregulation, Post Traumatic Stress and psychotic disorders. I also have experience and interest in the interface between religion-spirituality and psychiatry.

Pratima is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She received her graduate degree in Psychiatric Mental Health from University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. She has been a registered nurse since 2005 with unique experiences in psychiatric nursing across different cultures. As a provider, Pratima focuses on individual plan of care emphasizing on uniqueness of each client and their life situations. She is an avid advocate of importance of mental health to achieve the overall health and well-being.

My goal is to work alongside my patients to improve their function and well-being - I take a collaborative, individualized approach to each patient and recognize that no two patients are alike. I believe that taking the time to listen and understand my patients is key to providing excellent care, whether that be medication, therapy, or a combination of both. Your success is my success, and rather than focus on a single issue or symptom, I prefer to view my patients on a more holistic scale and believe that excellent treatment involves understanding the nuances of an individual's personal and professional life.

Tonya is a dually Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of nursing experience providing care to individuals from ages 10 and above. She has always been passionate about helping others achieve optimal levels of functioning; both physically and mentally despite health or sociological barriers. She believes in person-centered and holistic healthcare.

My practice is open to adults and adolescents in need of psychiatric care. I practice general psychiatry, primarily focused on, but not at all limited to, mood and anxiety disorders, dual diagnosis, and organic issues. My special interest is in eating disorders and am the former Medical Director of a hospital Eating Disorder Program, and I do have experience and skill in other disorders. I no longer do any hospital work, my practice being solely office-based. I am pleased to be part of of a multidisciplinary group of mental health professionals who can provide comprehensive care for you. I gladly collaborate with other providers.

I am a psychiatric PA with over 9 years of inpatient and outpatient mental health experience. I offer telehealth (virtual) services to residents of North Carolina ages 18+. Services include medication management for common mental health problems ranging from depression and anxiety to opiate and alcohol addiction.

I am a board-certified PA with a certificate of additional qualifications in psychiatry (CAQ-Psychiatry). I have experience working with adults with a myriad of psychiatric illnesses, but I have a vested interest in LGBTQ+ mental healthcare, treatment-resistant depression, personality disorders, and trauma-based disorders.

Originally from the Caribbean, Claris started her nursing career over 30 years ago and is currently a Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. Claris graduated from Walden University with her family medicine studies and then from Liberty University with her psychiatric studies. Claris has a combined nursing experiencing spanning from neonatal to geriatric nursing responding to various levels of urgent and severe medical conditions and stabilization of such conditions. Claris' current focus is family psychiatry. She is of the firm belief that mental health is vital in every stage of life.

Dr. Guidry graduated from LSU Medical School in New Orleans. He completed his psychiatry residency training in Augusta Georgia. He is uniquely qualified a psychiatrist and a surgeon. Dr. Guidry is board certified in Psychiatry and OBGYN. His specialties include the treatment of depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, sexual disorders, anger management, sexual assault, and trauma. Dr. Guidry is a combat veteran, who retired from the United States Army after 25 years of service. He enjoys spending time with his family, writing novels, playing his guitar, and riding his motorcycle on mountain backroads.
