A comprehensive and holistic assessment will guide the collaborative efforts between patient and provider to create personalized goals and a treatment plan. This may include psychoeducation, medication management, and therapy. Lifestyle modifications such as nutrition, sleep hygiene, exercise, and meditation are also incorporated. My specialties include the treatment of Anxiety, Addiction, and Trauma/PTSD for all age groups.

Meghann is passionate about providing quality, comprehensive, and compassionate patient-centered care. She takes pride in treating the person as a whole. Past experiences have given Meghann training geared towards utilizing individualized approaches to further assist diverse populations in coping with personal obstacles through psychiatric evaluations, therapy, and medication management. She has experience in treating a range of mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, and schizophrenia spectrum disorders.
