Mindbodysoul Psychiatry offers psychiatric evaluations, medication prescription, solution based psychotherapy and life coaching for adolescents and high functioning adults.
The first step would be a psychiatric evaluation- during which time we will discuss your entire life journey, identify the current problems and develop clear solutions. Throughout therapy we will simultaneously teach the skills necessary to develop the mental fortitude to create a set of "new rules" for your life to create a "bubble of happiness" !
