The stigma around mental health treatment can make initiation intimidating, because of this I offer a non judgmental and confidential space to get the treatment you need. As well I focus on the individual and not the diagnosis. Medication management cannot be performed properly if people are all treated the same. Services include medication management/review ,medical marijuana, and first time consultations to discuss a treatment plan. ADHD diagnosis/management is also provided. ADHD is often overlooked or under treated. My goal is to provide a personal experience where we work together for optimal care ensuring all needs are met.

I am offering therapy and medication management through video and/or phone. Keeping a diary can help during this confined time. I have been Board Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology for over 20 years. I graduated from medical school in Paris and completed my psychiatry residency at Yale University. I joined the faculty at Yale University, and then at NYU until 2011. I have been Clinical Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at Weill Cornell Medical College since 2011. I had been Unit Chief at NewYork Presbyterian for more than 10 years since 2011. I am fluent in English, French, and Hebrew.

I work with individuals who have anxiety, depression, mood disorders, insomnia, relationship problems, trauma history, medical illness, neurological illness, and/or individuals who are helping family members with these problems. My experience over the last 25 years in psychiatry has shown that medications are helpful but do not take care of all problems in life. I offer combined psychiatric treatment. I received my psychiatric residency training from Georgetown University Hospital and fellowship in Psychosomatic Medicine from Massachusetts General Hospital, Harvard Medical School.

I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who strives to meet clients where they are, combining psychiatric models with real world experience. As a mental health specialist, I prioritize patient care and needs with a person first/trauma centered approach to provide holistic and individualized care plans for my patients. I prioritize the care of underserved communities such as BIPOC and LGBTQ+ with emphasis on individualized patient care. My ultimate goal in working collaboratively, is to give individuals more control and power over their mental health and by way of that, their overall well being.

Judith Fiona Joseph, M.D., M.B.A, is a Board Certified Psychiatrist and Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist in New York City who specializes in psychopharmacology and talk therapy. Dr. Joseph helps people from all stages of development including childhood, adolescence, young adulthood and adulthood in a collaborative treatment to identify and achieve individual goals. Dr. Joseph is a clinical assistant professor of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at NYU Langone Medical Center who is in private practice. She is a television consultant, career coach and a sport's therapist.

I am a Columbia-trained psychiatrist. I have a small private practice on the Upper West Side, which allows me to maintain a high level of focus on each of my patients. My goal is to collaboratively create an individualized and humanistic treatment tailored for each person who seeks treatment with me. I make use of multiple psychotherapy techniques in combination with medications. I treat a variety of mental health problems including anxiety and depression, psychosis, insomnia, and difficulty concentrating.
