Rashad is a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner who specializes in providing mental health care to patients 18 and older. Her role involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with various mental health conditions, including anxiety disorders, depression, bipolar disorder, mood disorders, and ADHD. When providing to care to patients, Rashad uses pharmacological interventions, psychotherapy, and other evidence- based treatments to help patients manage their symptoms and improve their overall quality of life. I am a board-certified Pediatric and Adult Psychiatrist. Harvard, Mount Sinai, and Yale-trained, I have over twenty years of experience in psychopharmacology and psychotherapy working with complex cases in a variety of clinical settings. I have a holistic and integrative approach to my practice using art, positive psychiatry and mindfulness approaches. I use strength-based approaches to help you become more resilient and optimistic. I’m an artist (Parson’s grad) with a special interest in creativity and the arts as a healing modality. I work with professionals with burnout, depression, anxiety, and stress-related disorders.

Greetings, I’m Rebecca Stewart, a dedicated practitioner holding dual board certifications in psychiatry and acute care medicine. I serve adults, children, and adolescents. I completed my psychiatry training at Johns Hopkins University and my acute care training at New York University where I have been an adjunct professor since 2017. Through years of service in emergency medicine, I came to recognize the profound divide between medical and psychiatric care, inspiring me to pursue additional specialization in psychiatry.

I am a child, adolescent, & adult psychiatrist, treating a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and relational difficulties. I specialize in problems of anxiety and stress (panic attacks, OCD, phobias, generalized anxiety), mood and depression, childhood behavior (ADHD, oppositionality), autism spectrum disorders, and psychosis. I believe strongly in the importance of psychotherapy as well as the balanced, evidence-based use of medications where necessary. I feel every session is a therapeutic one, and take time to understand a client's difficulties in the context of their relationships, jobs, school, and daily lives. I've worked at length with a wide variety of people. From counseling at an all-girl college to working in the prison system, I find strong connections with people from all walks of life.
