SoulCollage(R) is an intuitive art process first developed by therapist Seena Frost. It involves creating a deck of SoulCollage cards that represent aspects of your self and others in your life. It is a creative way to get in touch with your inner dialogue and gain insight into your personality and relationships. I am a certified SoulCollage facilitator. SoulCollage is a mindfulness practice that is sure to enrich your daily experience. You must first attend and Introduction to SoulCollage Workshop.
