Through intentional, professional planning and leadership, The MiXer Retreat experience invites members of our community from different backgrounds to create a place that connects our differences and creates a sense of altruism, self-curiosity, community involvement, connection to self, and adventure. The MiXer Retreat is a warm space that recognizes the importance of having a safe and empowering space as an option for our participants to grow, recreate and expand their network. Women Retreat Group 18 & up
A retreat is held once a month to help women explore their values, use those values to express their wants, and develop healthy boundary setting, grounding skills, and practical communication skills. Clients will practice the content learned in class through discussions, dance, mindfulness, outdoor activities, group role-plays, and games. PRIVATE PAY RETREAT $10.00. NEXT GROUP ON: April 15, 2023, from 10 am to 1 pm
