Marriage/Couples Support Group
Couples Counseling group focus on providing an outlet for couples to discuss relationship dynamics that explore impeding factors, challenges, intimacy concerns, and differences of values/cultures/belief systems that causes conflict, etc in their relationship. This group will help with problem solving and communication skills within the relationships, while exploring essential relationship needs and providing support within the group dynamic. Counseling approach: Didactic and collaborative "Groups will begin March 2024. Please call if interested. Max group capacity (6) couples.

Psychoeducational Groups
These group sessions are designed to educate, develop, support, and strengthen each individual member with their clinical and behavioral concerns and help them better navigate and improve their quality of life. Group members will have the opportunity to discuss their unique life situations and get support that promotes a non-judgmental and collaborative group process. Groups will address: depression, daily stressors, anxiety, relationship problems, grief, negative behavior patterns, practical life issues, etc. These groups will be twice a month on Friday evenings@ 6PM or Saturdays 3PM, running 6-8 weeks at a time. Cost only $40 per group member.
