Couples Counseling group focus on providing an outlet for couples to discuss relationship dynamics that explore impeding factors, challenges, intimacy concerns, and differences of values/cultures/belief systems that causes conflict, etc. in their relationship. These group will help with problem solving and communication skills within the relationships, while exploring essential relationship needs and providing support within the group dynamic. Psychoeducational Groups
These Coed group sessions are designed to educate, develop, support, and strengthen each individual member with their clinical and behavioral concerns and help them better navigate and improve their quality of life. Group members will have the opportunity to discuss their unique life situations and get support that promotes a non-judgmental and collaborative group process. Groups will address: depression, daily stressors, anxiety, relationship problems, grief, practical life issues, etc. These groups will be twice a month on Friday evenings@ 6PM or Saturdays 3PM, running 6-8 weeks at a time. Women Support Group (Dialectic)
These groups are guided by Therapist/Life Coach through a dialectical approach, focusing on women's personal growth and existential crisis in societal norms. Dialogue on topics that explore every area of one's individual life experience and discrepancies as a woman.
