Everyone has a different path in therapy. No matter what issues you are struggling with, it is possible to find peace and achieve a more meaningful life. Some of the things I enjoy working with include: childhood trauma, attachment issues, OCD, PTSD, men's issues, LGBTQIA+ issues, divorce, parenting, grief and loss, life transitions, depression, and anxiety.

We use movement, meditation, journaling, and sharing to process major and minor life events, build resilience, create authentic connection, and shift damaging patterns of thought and behavior. Seeing ourselves reflected in others can aid in our recovery and healing. This is a space to practice self-reflection, build emotional regulation skills, confront obstacles to self-growth, and connect with other women seeking self-growth. Join us!

My work is focused on pairing mindfulness with other evidence-based tools to help clients achieve their goals- whether that is to receive support through life transitions, improve relationship satisfaction, enhance parenting skills, manage anxiety, or heal from painful experiences.

My deepest professional aspiration is to enable others to discover their own motivations for change and to find within themselves the ability to take responsibility for their thought life and thus find the power to take actions and thereby make dramatic and transformative changes in their lives. In working with individuals, couples, and groups, my aim is to foster self-esteem, coping skills and encourage building positive and supportive relationships. I work with individual clients, couples, and lead weekly therapy groups. Deep lasting change that is already beginning iswithin your grasp. Reach out, I'd be honored to work with you.

I have over 10 years of experience helping people change. Change can be scary, challenging, exhilarating, and fulfilling. I help facilitate change by developing a close therapeutic relationship with clients and by utilizing evidence based therapies, and my well developed intuition to identify the source of your problem and the best pathway forward. I specialize in treating motivational difficulties, depression, anxiety, and self defeating behaviors. I also help with existential issues, such as finding meaning, discovering passions, and developing and sustaining close relationships.

WHISE: This group is for people who identify as a woman (or were socialized as a girl), and the focus of the group is on building confidence. It is my perspective that a significant part of the female experience in most places has been to be frequently second-guessed and disbelieved. Whether you have experienced everyday standard-fare condescension, or once lived in a high-control environment with severe gaslighting, these wounds accumulate over time and leave us unable to trust our own instincts, senses, and experiences. Let's support each other in reconnecting with ourselves. We meet on Zoom.

Sometimes, as humans, we get wounded in ways that are so deep, they are difficult to name. Perhaps you have lost loved ones along the way, or can't find meaning in your story. Have you ever inventoried your life or your partnership to discover that it is not what you want it to be? Do you feel haunted by memories? Maybe you engage in self-destructive or numbing behaviors that you wish you could change, but find that making those changes is easier said than done. My goal is to create a trustworthy space where we can work through whatever it is you bring in, on your search for healing, fulfillment, and wholeness.

Are you experiencing obsessive, intrusive thoughts? Are you struggling with compulsive behaviors? This group is meant to be a space for those with OCD (and their loved ones) to offer support, provide feedback, and gain community.

Updated August 2024: FULL, unable to accept new clients. Healing from the impacts of trauma, navigating long-term mental health struggles, and adjusting to major life events can be incredibly isolating experiences. It’s important to me to provide folks with a space to feel safe, accepted, and free to embark on their own healing journey. My goal is to help clients reestablish a safe connection to their mind and body, live in the present moment, and feel empowered to pursue the things most meaningful to them. I have experience working with folks across the lifespan and also particularly enjoy working with teens and young adults.
