This Virtual healing circle begins with a guided meditation to land our energy and reconnect to our hearts. Each participant has an opportunity to share their experience as well as anything that might be on their heart/mind from the previous group. Each week I will introduce different tools to help reduce anxiety and increase joy and creativity. Some activities might include free form writing, movement, mindfulness meditation, guided visualizations, and group energy clearings.
