Hello and welcome. I'm so glad you are here! I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor and founder of Peach Door Counselling, a small but mighty rural counselling group practice. Maybe you are experiencing mental health distress in your life, such as postpartum challenges, relationships, work/life balance, personal worth and self-esteem, depression and anxiety, and more. I specialize in perinatal populations (preconception, infertility, pregnancy, birth trauma and postpartum), women's issues, family-of-origin challenges, and trauma. I am also a mom, with lived experience with postpartum depression and prenatal anxiety. I get it! Transitioning to parenthood is one of the hardest things we face. Don't do it alone!
