Starting therapy can be intimidating and daunting in so many ways. I hope to offer a safe, consistent space to help people who have felt stuck in unhelpful systems of grief, anxiety, negative thoughts or people in their life.
I work with kids ages 8 and up, teenagers and adults who are motivated to make lasting changes for themselves and their loved ones. I have experience helping kids and adults with anxiety, OCD and ADHD difficulties as well as depression, grief, and relationship issues.
I offer a warm, friendly approach to therapy to build our relationship in order to challenge the negative systems that have kept you stuck. Feeling safe is my utmost importance here and I operate on a client centered model.
