I specialize in counseling preteens, adolescents, and adults who are experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, and trauma. My ideal client is open to the therapy experience and ready to challenge themselves to actively work toward feeling better.
I am skilled in using a variety of techniques to help you challenge yourself and work towards life improvement.
