I am passionate about helping people find their own paths to a more fulfilling life by learning skills to cope with life's transitions. I have helped people cope with mental health and substance use issues in outpatient and residential treatment settings. I enjoy working with teenagers and adults who are struggling with a variety of concerns including co-occurring disorders, depression, stress, anxiety, anger management, social skill deficiencies, substance use, mood disorders and trauma.
I work collaboratively with individuals to identify goals specific to their needs, provide support and empowering motivation and evidence-based techniques and therapies to help you find more balance in your life within an integrative, holistic approach.
If you are struggling with any of these and need some support to find your happiness despite life's challenges, please contact me. I would be happy to provide support and accountability to you in a safe, non-judgmental, compassionate environment. You don’t have to go through it alone.
