I'm a second generation Asian American with deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by adult children of immigrant parents. Growing up in a multicultural environment often involves navigating cultural/familial expectations with personal identity and aspirations. I also understand the complexities of motherhood. I'm a LMFT with experience working with adults, couples, and youth. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, and other trauma focused interventions. I utilize a client centered, strength based approach- meeting clients where they are and when they are ready.
