Therapy can be FUN, Inspiring, and Healing (with hopefully some good LAUGHS if possible.) I get back to everyone in 1-5 hours (usually much faster). You're hesitant since it's your FIRST time in therapy. It can be scary. You feel empty, hopeless, isolated, and depressed. You WANT interaction and connection. You have family trauma and cultural expectations that have deeply hurt you and destroyed your self -esteem. I can empathize as I have dealt with those same issues too! I help people dealing with depression and anxiety by giving a safe space to fully express themselves authentically while being fully seen and heard.
My goal is to empower you to take control of your life by dealing with the issues that have not been resolved or those that you fail to be aware of. It's scary and uncomfortable but growth happens when we are in an uncomfortable state. I promise you that I will be your ally during this journey of growth and discovery.
If you're looking for someone you can be authentic with, then I'm your guy. If you're looking for someone who won't just regurgitate textbook knowledge but actually has life experience, that's also me. Therapy is at its best when there's a good exchange of energy in session.
