About
Therapy can be Fun, Exciting, and Inspiring. (I get back to everyone within 14 hours.) You're hesitant since it's your first time in therapy; perhaps you have given up hope. You feel empty, hopeless, and depressed. Every day is a struggle due to anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. Maybe you have past family trauma that hasn't been dealt with. Maybe there are cultural confines that have made you feel shackled, lost, and voiceless. I help people who are dealing with depression and anxiety have a new experience by exploring other possibilities to cope as well as becoming more self-aware which can lead to different choices.
My goal is to empower you to take control of your life by dealing with the issues that have not been resolved or those that you fail to be aware of. It could be scary and uncomfortable but growth happens when we are in an uncomfortable state. I can promise you that I will be your ally during this journey of growth and discovery (and have some laughs too).
Imagine finally having a voice in this world and being free from shame, anger, depression and anxiety. Imagine what it could be like to feel empowered and taking responsibility. Finally, imagine what it would be like to run towards your fear and not shy away. Email me to set up an appointment. I get back to everyone within 14 hours.
