Psychotherapy is a process of change that focuses on behaviors, emotions and the way we think. I am trained to help you conceptualize problems and provide realistic and workable skills and interventions to assist you in finding solutions and help bring about the desired changes in your life and your child's life. I work with children, adolescents (18 y.o. and under) and families. I am a Certified Redirecting Children's Behavior Instructor and a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional - Child and Adolescent.
My specialty is my work with children, adolescents and families with over 30 years experience in the field. My primary work is focused on Anxiety and OCD and therapy for children under 6y.o. I provide parenting training and am trained in SPACE Treatment for Childhood Anxiety/OCD, ARFID, and Highly Dependent Adult Children.
