I work collaboratively with individuals, drawing on techniques, like EMDR and sand tray, to assist you in moving beyond the symptoms of your struggles to uncover the underlying causes of “stuckness” or suffering.
My style is empathetic, nonjudgmental, direct, and honest. I believe you are the expert on your own life and each of us has the wisdom and the answers we seek within ourselves. My goal is to help you recognize your own inner-light and healing capacities so you can experience living beyond limiting beliefs and patterns that have been holding you back.
