I provide treatment for Mental ill health conditions. I use CBT, Schema Therapy, Hypnotherapy, EMDR, EFT, Orthomolecular advice and Psychotherapy with Nutritional Guidance. In the first session I will do a full assessment and then offer the best treatment plan for your needs. We will work together on a weekly basis.
I can help you with any Anxiety Disorder such as Panic attacks, PTSD, Depression, Eating disorders, Sleep problems and general health conditions. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
