From a stance of empathy and acceptance, I invite clients to practice self-compassion and aim to empower them to become their own agents of change and live more meaningful lives.
My practice is informed by a range of treatment models including: emotionally focused, cognitive behavioural therapy, spiritually-integrated psychotherapy, mindfulness-based therapies, and meaning-centred psychotherapy.
