My holistic approach incorporates elements of Mindfulness, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Motivational Therapy, EFT, and Gestalt with a goal of working towards a balance of mind, body, and spirit. I am EMDR trained and can help with blocks you may feel that you have but are not sure why. Telehealth is available as well.
I have worked in a residential rehabilitation center and as a high school special education teacher and administrator. My experience includes clients in group and individual settings for a variety of issues and leading multi-disciplinary teams. Special focus is in facilitating personal growth and healing with those recovering from trauma in their lives.
