About
Online therapy is a convenient and private alternative to traditional therapy settings. I offer sessions via video teleconferencing or telephone at affordable rates, based on 22 years of experience and extensive training. I provide individual, family and group therapy for a variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, addiction, relationship issues, family problems, borderline personality, interpersonal skill challenges and life transitions. My approach is specifically tailored to your needs. • Cost per session $49.95 Private pay. I also accept insurance payments.
The many benefits of working with a skilled and objective therapist include: • A safe and nonjudgmental space to process thoughts and feelings as you address distressing issue • Support and guidance through challenging situations • Tools to improve your quality of life • Methods to help you understand yourself and confront obstacles to achieving your goals
I believe it is important to have a level of comfort with your therapist for best results. The initial 30-minute consultation is zero cost to determine whether we are a good fit before beginning regular sessions. I am available to join you in discovering and developing a plan that suits your needs. Call or e-mail to schedule an initial consultation.

Online Dialectic Behavior Therapy Group
I have run Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Groups to teach life skills. Most of us did not get a manual that teaches us to live effectively. DBT can be effective in helping to teach some effective communication and life skills. I would like to start a Zoom DBT group. People in my groups have loved what they have learned and have said that the information has helped them to live life more competently and confidently. If you are interested in doing this group or want to know more about DBT, l can be reached at Anetia Isbell MA LPC aisbell@lakescenter.com
