I understand starting therapy can be overwhelming, and I am here when you are ready to begin. I am a traditional and Christian faith-based clinician that utilizes brief solution focus therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered, motivational interviewing, bibliotherapy, positive psychology, mindfulness, and strength-based modalities. I offer online and in-person counseling services for children, adolescents, at-risk youth, adults, and families, experiencing anxiety and stress related disorders, PTSD, DV and IPV trauma, emotional regulation disorders, adjustment disorders, and family/parent-child adjustments.
I also offer online and in-person coaching services for adolescents and adults who are seeking wholeness and healing from narcissistic and relationship abuse, young adults transitioning from high school to adulthood, individuals seeking fulfillment later in life, pastoral and ministry workers, and individuals working to overcome the fear of public speaking.

Interactive Coping Skills Group for K - 3rd grades
Your child can attend this creative, hands-on approach to learning coping skills virtually or in-person! In this small group setting your child will actively participate in creating their very own coping skills notebook! Upon completion of this 4 sessions small group, your child will walk away with age-appropriate interactive coping skills and ways to implement them! Some things your child will learn are: *identifying feelings and how to talk about them, *choosing positive or negative coping skills, and *recognizing signals from their body so they can implement coping skills before their feelings get too intense.
