Working together to increase your adaptability to life's ever-changing landscape, I provide non-judgmental support, encouragement and hope. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rogerian, Mindfulness, and Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) techniques, I believe we can better understand the world, and our role in it, by increasing our awareness, understanding, and acceptance. From here, we can challenge, change and choose our perception, to create a life that echoes our individual ethical, moral, and spiritual beliefs.
