Hey there, I’m really glad you’re here! It can sometimes be a scary thing to look into counseling and you’ve braved this first big step. While I’m not sure what brought you here, I’m hopeful that together we can discover your healing journey ahead. Counseling is often a deeply personal experience and because of that it looks quite different for each person. Whether you are seeking to heal from trauma, bring balance into your life, find clarity and peace, or just seeking guidance during a difficult transition, I hope to help.
I practice from an integrated approach which allows for flexibility and openness during sessions. I’m trained in a variety of evidence-based practices including eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), internal family systems (IFS), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and empathy-driven cognitive behavioral therapy (TEAM-CBT).
I delight in working with individuals of all ages from 6 to 106. My goal is to create a genuine, empathetic, playful, and nurturing relationship where you feel seen, heard, and valued. All the rest, I leave up to you with open hands.
