I work with clients of all ages across a wide spectrum of symptoms and experiences including anxiety and depression, identity exploration, relational difficulties, and life transitions. Much of my work has been focused within the LGBTQ+ community, including identity exploration and expression. Through this work I've learned that healing and growth require playing to our strengths while honoring our intersecting identities. I help clients recognize what they themselves have to offer, while simultaneously supporting the clarification of their identities, goals, and abilities to navigate relationships.
Our work together will be tailored to your individual needs, strengths, and goals. I have experience in traditional talk therapy, with additional training in drama therapy. This means that we will have the option to integrate the exploration of your personal narrative, and the roles you play in your life and relationships, into our process.
I am interested in getting to know you as a whole person. You, your history, and your needs will be at the core of our work together. I deeply believe that our struggles and our strengths are often two sides of the same coin, and my hope is that I can help guide you to an enhanced understanding of how it looks and feels to be true to yourself.
