Managing stress and mental health issues can be painful, costly, and take away the feeling of being yourself. Clinical counselling is a process for improving yourself and healing your mental health. Working together we can alleviate stress, gain insight, and make lasting changes. I value and honour your experiences and beliefs, and want to help support you in living healthy and true to yourself.
I offer individual therapy for anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), chronic pain, gastrointestinal issues (eg. IBS and IBD), emotion regulation development, career coaching, and life optimization. I specialize in working with mind-body therapies, body issues, and intrusive thoughts. Sessions are held in person in downtown Vancouver.
