Hello and welcome! I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist and for over a decade I have helped adults, couples and children understand themselves more clearly and live more authentic and happier lives. I am passionate about helping clients develop their self concept and overcome self doubt. At certain points in our lives we feel lost and unsure of our purpose. We forget what brings us joy or the barriers to get there feel too big. Perhaps you have felt this way for a long time or it is following a particular incident in your life. We may feel unable to live the life we want because of fear, anxiety or trauma symptoms.
You can be assured of the standard of therapy you or your loved one will receive. I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist with the British Psychological Society. This title is legally recognised as the highest standard of psychological knowledge and practice. I am qualified (Doctoral Level) in Counselling and Psychotherapy, and postgradute in EMDR and CBT.
