I have been working with Adults, Adolescents, Couples and Families for 20 years. I work with my clients to address any issues associated with depression, anxiety, bi-polar, personality disorders, trauma and addiction. I enjoy helping my patients identify the core issues that they want to address and develop skills and tools to help them successfully navigate through them for the rest of their life.
I offer a range of services to help each client, couple or family that I see. I offer Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (approach to addictions counseling), 12 step work for addiction issues, Family systems Intervention, Solution focused therapy, Behavior modification and Crisis Intervention.
I have a passion to help my clients with a very direct and honest approach. I like to focus on how to help my client get what they need from therapy and help them develop the skills they need to be successful, not just in our sessions but outside of them as well. I believe that every client is capable of change if they are willing to work for it.
