I am a Certified EMDR therapist (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). You might wonder what in the world is EMDR – and is it good for ME? Let me tell you...It can help people with PTSD/CPTSD, low self esteem, guilt and shame, complicated grief, anxiety and panic attacks, and disordered eating.
Essentially EMDR can help you truly get past the past and overcome negative beliefs about yourself such as, “I’m not good enough” or “It’s all my fault”.
