I combine this non-judgemental energy with a focused body-oriented approach to psychotherapy. Body awareness and physical movement become central to the therapeutic experience. Engaging the body in the moment-to-moment process of counselling enhances healing and integration of my clients’ emotional, cognitive, physical, relational, and spiritual selves.
