As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I focus on helping people improve their relationships with themselves and their loved ones. I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families achieve their goals and increase authentic connection in their lives.
I specialize in trauma and life stressors, from the overwhelm of every day life to generational patterns and significant life events. I work hard to build on each client’s strengths.
