I am an art psychotherapist who specializes in working with women, children and young people. I support those who are experiencing difficulties in life such as anxiety, bereavement and loss, depression, eating disorder and other problems that people need help to resolve. I have additional training and experience in trauma and the knock-on effects and a core training in eco/nature psychotherapy. If you are someone who is feeling disconnected we can work together in the beautiful places that I am lucky enough to be able to use.
In my practice I offer a gentle and person-centred approach which allows clients of all ages to comfortably process difficult experiences and feelings through art making and talk therapy in a safe contained environment.

Thrive with Art Therapy
Thrive with art therapy is for women who wish to explore life in a small contained group setting. The group is closed after the second session and has a maximum of 8 participants, and runs for 8 weeks, each week offering expressive exercises to promote self esteem, build trust and develop our sense of self.
