Whether in crisis or just looking to gain deeper understanding of yourself, I aim to work uniquely and collaboratively with you to provide you space to talk to your life challenges. I believe therapy can help everyone to strengthen mental health by learning skills around emotional regulation, recognising relationship patterns, attachment styles, establishing boundaries and finding healthier coping strategies for life's many challenges. Common issues I work with: anxiety, depression, grief, loss, trauma, low self esteem, social anxiety, work stress, relationship challenges, childhood bullying and crisis pregnancy to name a few.
I provide an LGBTQ+ friendly space.
Please reach out to me if you are looking for therapy in Dublin or online in Ireland. If I can't help I'll refer you on to colleagues who can.
