I am IACP accredited therapist who can help with overthinking, spiralling thoughts, relationship patterns, breakups, grief and feeling panicked, stress or anxious. I am down to earth and friendly, and I have helped people in the past to have more clarity, to feel better about themselves and their situations, to understand themselves and others more. Each person I work with is unique, so we will go at your pace and focus on the areas of your life and relationships that you would like an objective space to talk things through.
Most people don't realise that a lot of people struggle with overthinking and spiralling thoughts. We can explore them together on a deeper level and explore ways of coping with them and feelings might be underneath. We can look at ways for you to help yourself, look at potential conflict avoidance, boundary setting and increasing communication with others.
We can work together to find out what is troubling you, and what areas in your want to focus on. It will be a collaborative process, including taking feedback from you on how things are going in therapy.
